The first step to achieving your goals is to complete my complimentary consultation questionnaire so I can learn about you and your goals. This will only take roughly 8 minutes to complete. It will save a ton of time later on when I create a custom plan for you and I have more info up front.

After You’ve Submitted the Questionnaire

Once you finish the questionnaire and submit it –  we will have a five to ten minute phone conversation to go over any further questions you may have and set up a complimentary 60 minute training session!

During this session, I will have you go through a series of exercises to determine where your current fitness level is.

From here I will suggest what the best course of action is for you to take to reach your desired goals. Once you have made the decision to continue working together we can proceed onto the next steps!

I understand that schedules change all the time. That is why I created an online schedule you can access via my website or by downloading the app Mindbody Connect to schedule all your training sessions.

You can pre-book as early as three months in advance or as little as 24 hours in advance. You have up to 24 hours before each session to cancel. This gives you freedom to change your schedule as much as you like.

90% of my members train in a semi-private personal training model. You’ll be following a workout that is specific to your fitness level and goals while training with another fellow member. This is to keep your sessions cost effective and create an environment with like minded individuals working on getting healthy!

Once you have made the decision on the best course of action that fits your schedule and life we are going to begin working together every week! My passion is to help you find the joy in fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. I do this by providing 60 – minute workout sessions which include a warm up, cool down, core training and a mix of cardio and weight training exercises. All the exercises are tailored to your current exercise level.

As we continue to work together, I will work on measuring your progress based on the following methods; measurements, photos, body fat analysis and/or written goal setting.

All my training programs provide progressions that aim in helping you adapt to each exercise and build your intensity to see results in as little as three to four weeks.

I am here to provide motivation to help you lose weight, tighten and tone your body, increase your overall strength and gain an awareness and understanding of how to to develop healthy habits that are sustainable.
